What is your size guide? 

We aim to cater for all women and all sizes. Our swimsuits are made of stretchy soft material for added comfort. Our size ranges from XS to 6XL depending on the swimsuit you choose. Before you place your order. We recommend you to take the required measurements at home before ordering your swimsuit and compare to our size guide HERE.

We also would advise you to select a size up, should you prefer a looser fit or a smaller size for a tighter look. Check out our swimwear sizing guide 

Our fabric is very comfortable and elastic, so the measurements should
be considered in an indicative way. 

We advise you to take measurements of your chest, waist, and hip areas before purchasing, so you know which size will fit you best.

 How long will my order take? 

Orders are processed 2-3 business days after payment is received. Depending on your location, orders can take up to 5 business days to process. 

Please note that due to the current situation with COVID-19 deliveries can take slightly longer. Please contact the courier directly for more information by clicking on the delivery link. For more information on shipping please check our Shipping Policy HERE.

What are your delivery time frames? 

The estimated delivery date will be available once your order has processed and been submitted for shipment. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order and delivery details. If your delivery is past the estimated delivery date, please check the latest tracking information from the courier on the tracking link email. You can contact us, and we will try to help where we can. For more information on estimated delivery dates please check our Shipping Policy HERE.   Please note: We are not responsible for any packages "lost" after status of delivery has been updated to delivered. If your package is updated with a delivered status and you have not received it- It is your responsibility to contact the local post office to file a dispute and be compensated for the lost package after the USPS has completed their investigation - we will do our best to assist you during the dispute process however, we can not refund orders that have been updated with a "delivered" status from the post office. 

Can I refund or exchange an item I purchased while on sale?

Unfortunately, our sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. For more information on returns and exchanges please check out our Return & Exchange policy HERE.

Can I change my order after I received my email confirmation? 

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has reached our completed processing stage which normally takes 2 business days you will be unable to cancel it. 

If you would like to change your order before it is shipped, please contact us ASAP to see if we can help. Depending on stock we may be able to help your request. If the item is shipped we will be unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice as long as the exchange meets our return and exchange policy which can be found here.

What is your Return Policy? 

Please communicate within the same day of receiving the item with clear pictures of the fault. If there has been a fault caused by the shipping company please provide images when the items are delivered. Please refer to our Exchange and Refund Policy for more information.

I haven’t received a Dispatch email/email Confirmation?

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including your junk folder.

Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order.
